(3W) With the use of Questionnaire. I had analyzed the report and made the findings. I have found that company’s market prestige is steadily growing and their customers are increasing. I have also found the company need to increase in the awareness of that product. In this research report basically we considered two types of data, primary data as well as secondary data. Primary data, I have collected by field survey of customers. I have done survey of 150 customers in surat city. While preparing this research report, we have understood how theoretical knowledge can be applied in practical life. This research work certainly helpful to company and company may serve their customers and other dealer better. Our main objective is to find out the satisfaction of customers (Drivers) In observation we analyzed that most of respondents are satisfied about TVS services. The reason is that TVS provide very best services as well as it have good market prestige and all customers are believe that TVS is trustful, which can clearly define the position of TVS in India. In survey I find that TVS has good market prestige. 1.
